Team Secretary / Receptionist, City  - Ongoing 12 Months

£14.50 per hour

This lively, work hard/play hard Financial Services Company in the heart of the City have a new role for a team assistant based at the Reception /Front of House area to support the Executive team of 4.

You will manage a number of very busy and frequently changing diaries and will co-ordinate end to end global travel to include flights, transfers, currency and expenses, accommodation and meetings. You will be the "go to" person when the team are travelling, and you will be the first point of contact for their clients so your ability to build and develop strong relationships is paramount.

You will assist with booking large scale meetings and conferences and will need to have good attention to detail to ensure processes are managed and administered correctly.

Exposure to providing support to a small team, ideally within financial services, is a must. You should demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written and you should be able to juggle priorities to meet deadlines.
