This fantastic company of about 80 people is based in West London and has Offices all around the world they are planning to move offices to central London/Covent Garden area which this new Office Manager will plan. The company has been listed on the New York Stock Exchange and serves a global set of customers and partners through its operations around the world.
A fabulous pro-active Office manager is needed for a leading provider of corporate payment solutions. Based in West London. This is the perfect role for an Office Manager who can multi task and provide a professional front of house services at all times. As Office Manager, you will be responsible for all matters relating to the office including acting as front of house, reception duties, supporting senior management and picking up adhoc duties as they arise. As well as carrying out a range of facilities, HR, IT, CRM and general administrative duties.
As Office Manager, you will be also assisting with updating phone lists, maintaining the company organisation charts, managing the expenses and setting up web expense account for starters and closing down once left. The Office Manager role includes being an office relocation into central London for the end of Summer 2017, negotiating quote with removal company, planning an effective office move with the site lead, HR and IT team and the landlord.
To be considered for this Office Manager - you must have extensive Office Manager experience, a positive can- do attitude, self motivates and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic. Outstanding communication skills is a must. Also to strong organisational skills and working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Other duties for this Office Manager include;
*Greeting visitors, making sure they sign in and out of the building
*Car parking arrangements
*Travel arrangements
*Answering calls and transferring to the relevant departments
*Ensuring reception area and meeting rooms are kept tidy at all times
*Preparing and Managing refreshments for lunch meetings
*Managing office supplies, including stationary, stock control and checking invoices
*Maintenance for the printer and franking machine
*Adding new groups of contacts on the system
*Data Entry
*Dealing with credit cards, online banking statements, assisting with filing and keeping a record
*Manage staff information including records of absences and holidays
*Assisting with health and safety, adding new staff members on to the system
