My client is a well known Residential Real Estate company who are based in the West End. They are looking for a Residential Lettings Administrator to support the Lettings Team in the day to day administration for new lets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparation of all tenancy documentation
• Prepare and arrange signing of tenancy documentation via echosign
• Coordination of move in arrangements including Inventory, Check In, and Keys
• Taking property enquiries for the internal Letting Negotiators
• Checking tenant references and liaising with referencing agency / applicants
• Dealing with pre-tenancy enquiries and general lettings enquiries
• Provide tenant with post move in documentation
• Registering of deposits with Tenancy Deposit Scheme
• Updating and maintaining correct information on our internal systems
• Ensuring all tenancy files are completed and properties prepared prior to move in
• Responsible for checking and approving lettings invoices

• Advanced IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
