Fantastic opportunity for an experienced team secretary/administrator to join a leading charity based in central London. This is a permanent position which ideal for someone looking to develop and take the next step in their secretarial career.

The purpose of this role is to provide a high level of administrative and secretarial support to the Corporate services team.

The key duties of this role include:

- Provide diary and inbox management to the COO and FD
- Organising and facilitating team and committee meetings, including preparation of meeting materials, preparing presentations and minute taking
- Manage correspondence letters and emails
- Ensure that the internal database and spreadsheets are up to date
- Assist with the on boarding process of new employees
- Raise PO numbers and process invoices
- Reception cover when necessary
- Ensuring stationary and office supplies are maintained
- General ad hoc administrative support

The ideal candidate will have secretarial and administrative experience within a similar facing role, have strong skills across the MS office systems as well as excellent communication, organisational and prioritisation skills.
