Are you looking for more of a work life balance, but to be appreciated and needed in a charming small office? This PA/Office Manager role encompasses running a small office, supporting 3 delightful Directors who really need a PA to can manage, organise and support them. Ideally you will be used to working in a small office, and happy to roll your sleeves up and muck in; this could be anything to restocking the fridge and the kitchen supplies, to orchestrating an office move. You will be required to organise conferences and events and attend where necessary, you will be putting together papers, company marketing material and presentations, so your creative flair and MS Office must be strong, InDesign would be highly advantageous. The Directors are a mix of young, dynamic and on the upward curve, as well as more traditional, old school and using a paper diary; so you must be capable and able to adapt to both with a sense of humour and an enthusiastic bubbly nature, with a can-do attitude and bags of common sense. This is a delightful office, the scope for flexibility around hours and days is very adaptable – they are happy to mould this to the right person, and are keen to secure longevity and commitment.
