THE ROLE:
- To help lead and manage the delivery of projects.
- Working on an extensive portfolio of projects which is both exciting and varied, including: commercial, residential, hotels, retail, education and health.
- Manage the delivery of projects to meet time, quality and budgetary targets.
- Manage all aspects of the client relationship so that delivery meets client expectations
- Take on a leadership role with the project team, providing both direction and technical advice.
THE PERSON:
- Educated to degree level is essential
- Recent experience in a similar role gained within the project/construction management sector is essential
- A highly motivated individual with proven experience delivering and exceeding client expectations.
- Possess strong contract and technical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team work ethic
- Ability to develop strong client relationships
- Organised and methodical approach.
