A fantastic marketing communications agency based in the West End is seeking a bright candidate with a fantastic eye for detail to join their front of house reception team on a temporary basis.

You will be providing a warm and welcoming front of house to all visitors to this very busy agency- you must have previous reception experience and come from a similar sector. If you are available immediately, please apply now.

The role will involve:

• Meeting and greeting all visitors
• Managing front of house guest collection and wellbeing
• Operating the busy switchboard and directing calls appropriately
• Organising and managing meeting rooms
• Dealing with enquiries
• Ensuring reception clean and tidy at all times
• Ad hoc administration

Requirements:

• Previous reception and switchboard experience
• You must have experience in media advertising sector
• Have a positive can do attitude
