Global charity and NGO dedicated to the elimination of airborne diseases in Africa.
This organisation works closely with the governments of African & Asian countries to help them put in place education and medical facilities that help combat the spread of airborne diseases, with a particular focus on reducing the number of cases of malaria globally. The organisation is successful and works in close partnerships with Health Ministries and establishes the newest and most effective malaria control initiatives. It is an amazing place to work and an amazing and dedicated team to join.
Duties: This is an In-house HR Recruitment role with global reach. There will be approximately 15% travel worldwide and an HR assistant will report in to you:
*Plan and conduct recruitment processes and all inductions (60% of the role)
*Producing job adverts, screen applicants and shortlist for national and international roles
*Negotiate salaries
*Developing a fresh "resourcing strategy" with the directors and identify new suppliers
*Create staffing plans and ensure consistency of job titles and grades across the organisation
*Developing and maintaining a CV database for more senior consultancy roles
*Providing guidance and training to hiring managers on best practice to facilitate effective recruitment.
*Providing local & global managers advice on pay, performance management etc
*Helping team managers identify skills shortfalls and creating training plans
*Liaising internally with employees
*General HR administration across countries and in the UK
*Liaising with other NGO's, educational establishments and also recruitment agencies
Requirements
1.HR /In-house INTERNATIONAL Recruitment experience (essential)
2.CIPD qualified or equivalent
3.A background gained in Not-for-Profit or charitable sector
4.Recruitment software experience (ideally )
