LITIGATION SUPPORT ASSISTANT

THE COMPANY:
Our client, is a rapidly growing court reporting and legal technology business. They are looking for a Litigation Support Assistant to join the vibrant team in London.
THE ROLE:
Primary Responsibilities:
Management of electronic documentation involving the upload and reorganisation of material in accordance with client instruction;
Liaising directly (by telephone and email) with solicitors and barristers, assisting with technical queries and troubleshooting as necessary;
Master technical knowledge of the Magnum platform including the manipulation of CSV files;
Processing exports and printing requests, assisting with the quality control process and delivery of hard copy trial bundles; and
Regular and accurate recording of control information.
THE PERSON:
Core Skills:
Bright and engaging, with a willingness to learn and use initiative;
Focus, strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle tasks and work under pressure;
Excellent communication skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel) and Adobe Acrobat; and
Ability to participate in the rotating shift arrangement from 9:00am to 5:00pm 10.00am to 6.00pm and 2:00pm to 10:00pm with a flexible attitude to meet the needs of the business and our clients.
Desirable:
Legal or computer science degree (useful but not essential);
Interest in technology, processes and systems; or
Experience with litigation support software or document management systems.
