Our client based in Reading is part of the automotive industry and you will be supporting both the CEO and the FD of the Business. Both individuals are uniquely different but both are a joy to work for.

No 2 days will be the same in this role and as the client has multiple sites you will often be left to work under your own steam and to ensure that the business functions well in your Principals’ absence.

You will be called upon to undertake all of the normal PA duties but there will also be the need for you to organise and attend functions for the business so as well as good organisational skills you will have a proven creative flair!

With over 700 employees across 20+ sites there’s a lot of work to do to keep up with what’s going on across the business, so we are looking for someone with good people skills who can get the best out of the individuals that they deal with. A great sense of humour is a must and the ability to write strong, grammatically correct correspondence is a key pre-requisite for this role.
