Senior EA / Business Assistant - Investment Banking

Temporary to Permanent - £20ph to £22ph

HOURS 8am to 4.30pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen at a leading Investment Bank in Canary Wharf for a senior level EA. As the EA to two senior MD's who sit within one of the most prestigious teams within Research for the Bank, you will be a pivotal member of the team. This role is a fast paced and integral position requiring someone who has not only completed logistical duties but has worked alongside senior individuals as business support. Duties will include:

• Extensive diary management
• Meeting management
• Arranging international travel
• Assistance with conference and event management
• Client management
• Acting as gatekeeper
• Manage and maintain the teams marketing plan
• Liaising with counterparts across the business

Ideally you will have at least 5 years experience supporting at senior levels within Banking or Financial Services. Professionalism is key as the CEO directly calls in to this team regularly. You will be a strategic thinker and someone who is proactive in managing their workload. Reliability is essential!

This is a temporary on-going contract with the view to going permanent, offering hours of 8am to 4.30pm.
