An excellent opportunity has arisen to work as a PA/Office Manager for a Media Company in the West End.
Client Details
Our client is a Creative Agency who are currently expanding and looking for a PA/Office Manager to join the team.
Description
Responsibilities and duties will include:
- Organising repairs and upgrades.
- Up keeping office equipment and maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
- Greeting all guests, manage internal requests and inquiries.
- Ensure all meeting rooms are maintained and ready for next meetings. Provide tea/coffee for all guests.
- Ensure groceries, stationery and office supplies are in stock and ordered in advance for meetings.
- Provide support to HR/Finance Manager with adhoc tasks.
- Book travel and meetings for Managing Director.
- Co-ordinate schedules and support other Heads in the business.
Profile
The right candidate for this PA/Office Manager position will be/have:
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures including First Aid and Health & Safety.
- Good Microsoft Skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- A can do attitude.
- A desire to deliver.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Job Offer
Our client is offering up to £30,000 and good progression prospects.
