Executive PA to 3 Directors, Central London, Leisure, Corporate Office, £37,000-40,000 + bonus
A fantastic Executive PA opportunity to join one of the UK’s top leisure industries based at their new corporate offices in Victoria, Central London. This is a brand new Executive PA role to support 3 Directors, providing them with a comprehensive, confidential and professional Executive PA service.
Typical duties will include organising worldwide travel, hotels and itineraries; managing hectic diaries and email inboxes; briefing Directors before meetings and attending meetings to take action points and follow-up; preparation of reports, correspondence and presentations including formal documentation for Board meetings; expenses; research and providing ad hoc administrative support where necessary.
This Executive PA role will suit someone from a large international corporate background, preferably within the professional services or retail sector who has experience of supporting a senior team. Experience of supplying Board level documentation and support is essential as well as experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will also be a strong communicator, highly organised with bags of initiative and have a friendly and positive nature.
