If so this amazing PA opportunity is for you!   This exciting PA role has arisen in one of the UK’s leading cosmetic & skin care retailers based in fabulous offices in Central London.  The PA role will be supporting 2 Global Brand Directors - Skincare & Bath and Body & Haircare which is a hugely exciting and expanding part of the business.

Typical PA duties will include managing hectic diaries and scheduling; organising complex international travel, managing their emails and responding on their behalf when necessary, providing support with documents and presentations for key meetings, expenses, being the first point of contact for the Directors and maintaining a close relationship with the other PAs within the business.

The successful candidate will have done either a 1:1 or 1:2 senior Director support role within a FMCG or large retail or professional service organisation.  They will also be highly motivated and resourceful with an engaging and positive personality.
