Property Manager for Boutique Property Management CompanyI have a great opportunity for a bright, client facing and ambitious candidate to join a brilliant Property Management company based in the West End.
As Property Manager, your role would involve being based in client's homes 50% of the time, managing refurbishments, rentals, maintenance of the property, supervising all contractors, overseeing management of client fund accounts, and the other 50% of the time being based in the office following up with all clients and covering all administration support.
For this role, the base salary would be approximately £24-26,000 with OTE of up to £30,000.
