Our client, one of Europe's largest professional services firms, is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive, fast paced support to the Tax team in their Surrey based office.

This role is offered as a 6 month fixed term contract.

Ensuring the smooth running of the department, the Personal Assistant will be responsible for diary management, booking travel, dealing with email correspondence on behalf of Partners, as well as timesheet processing, billing, and updating of financial records.

Other responsibilities will include preparing tender responses, drafting business letters, audio typing of correspondence, as well as drafting of presentations in line with house style. Additional administrative support will also be required, such as overseeing the archiving and retrieval process, and assisting with new starter onboarding.

To secure this excellent opportunity, you will need possess previous experience as Personal Assistant supporting senior individuals, ideally within Professional Services/Accountancy. You will also require a proven track record of coordinating complex travel.
