IT Business Analyst – Birmingham City Centre
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Business Analyst who has over 10 years’ experience.
Our client is a highly regarded, top tier law firm offering you the chance to join their successful IT team where you will engage with business and functional departments, identifying current and emerging business requirements. You will work as part of a small, within a large enterprise where your key duties will include, but will not be limited to;
- Translating and shaping IT demand into IT projects
- Supporting business areas in documenting business cases to demonstrate benefits, risks and financial appraisal for projects to support robust investment decision making
- Proactively communicating and collaborating with external and internal customers
- Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources
In addition to the above, you will be expected to report to the team on regulatory and legislative changes, internally audit files / work areas to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
