Your key responsibilities will include;
- Line management and personal development of a team of highly skilled developers
- Managing the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous development projects
- Working closely with the IT manager and business analysts
- Participating in reviews and meetings
- Taking responsibility for making key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives
You must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an IT team leader position and have the ability to lead and influence others. You will also have extensive experience working in IT software development.
