Part Time HR Generalist

Trading house based in London are seeking a PART TIME HR Generalist to complete a short term contract, (4months).

The ideal candidate will:
- Be available IMMEDIATELY to start ASAP
- Have experience of working in a Stand Alone capacity
- Be CIPD Qualified (desirable not essential)
- Have solid UK employment Law knowledge

Main Responsibilities include:

• Providing a generalist and comprehensive HR service to all employees and line managers
• HR operational support - working alongside HR, Compliance, Finance in overseas office
• Monthly payroll submission
• Monthly pension submission
• Advising managers and staff on complex HR issues including disciplinary, grievance, bullying, harassment and sickness absence
• Confident to work with senior individuals and manage expectations of managers
• Previous HR Advisory experience, knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures
• Previous Recruitment & Payroll experience
• Provide HR related management information as required
• Ad-hoc duties as and when required
