My client, a design company is looking for an Office Assistant to join their boutique London office. This an exciting opportunity to work for an award winning agency. You will be responsible for the day-to-day admin in the office.

Key Office Assistant duties will include meeting & greeting visitors, answering the phone, responding to emails, dealing with suppliers, ordering office supplies, filing, scanning and general admin duties. You will also assist the Marketing manager with marketing duties such as research, resourcing for show reels, updating the database and archiving. You must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) and a knowledge in Google Docs would be an advantage.  The main bulk of the role will be providing office admin support, they are not looking for candidates who are using it as a step into design.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months administration experience, ideally within the creative industry. For this role you must be proactive, friendly and have a good attitude. If this London based role sounds ideal for you then please apply!
