Leading firm, in Canary Wharf, have a vacancy for a 6 month FTC HR Resource Specialist (potentially longer) to deliver an effective and efficient resourcing service for the firm, including designing of resourcing campaigns, sourcing and selection of candidates, management of offers, client management and evaluation of the recruitment process.

Your remit will be to deliver a full end to end recruitment process which involves building excellent relationships with hiring managers and strong stakeholder management. Key responsibilities will be split into the following:

Process

  • Responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process for the relevant Practice Areas or Business Services functions
  • Manage high volume of activity, in a timely fashion, using processes effectively; focused upon a minimum of 70% direct sourcing.
  • Understand your key deliverables and metrics, to ensure that details of the process and outputs can be measured and reported ;
  • Continually monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the team's processes and suggest/implement improvements;

People

  • Work with the Head of Resourcing and Senior HR Managers to develop and manage strong relations with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure the balance of best practice and the needs of the firm are met;
  • Deal with Partners and Managers to resolve complex queries  and provide direction and guidance
  • Manage 3rd party relationships and the Agency PSL;
  • Coach recruiting Managers and Partners in best practice.
  • Interview alongside hiring managers regularly

Strategy

  • Assist in developing and delivering the strategic aims and objectives
  • Design and implement changes.
  • Drive forward a number of Resourcing Projects
  • Liaise with Business Services regarding future requirements and headcount plans.

Experience:

  • You will have experience ideally gained within a professional services firm, or within an agency recruiting fee-earners/professional services staff.
  • You will have had experience of sourcing candidates directly through social media and relevant job boards.
  • You will have had experience of interviewing candidates and administering assessments.
