A leading global investment firm with a beautiful in Central London is looking to hire an outstanding receptionist to join the front of house and corporate services team.  The role will be a varied reception position and will incorporate reception duties and other admin and assistant duties. 

The ideal candidate will have had a minimum of 2 years corporate reception experience and have ideally worked in a hotel and/ or another investment firm. You will be a hardworking individual with a high attention to detail, be proactive and an extremely confident person. 

Duties will include all front of house reception duties as well as managing diaries and calendars, organising conference calls and providing high-level admin to the wider company. 

You must be well presented at all time as you will be meeting and greeting lots of high profile guests as well as having a clear telephone manner.  Having previously worked within a similar role will be advantageous and allow you to pick things up in the role very quickly. Good computer and IT skills are needed including word, excel and outlook.
