My client is one of the worlds leading International Investment Banks, based in Canary Wharf they are looking for a Team Assistant to join the Sales and Trading floor. This is a great step up for someone wanting to secure a role in the banking sector who may have approx. a years secretarial experience already. Your duties will include:

• full diary management
• extensive meeting co-ordination
• arranging international travel
• processing expenses
• phone coverage
• updating reports and client database
