Grown from within a leading specialist law firm, provides a full range of services to the asset management industry. The Group works with more than 250 asset managers, fund investors and related intermediaries. Clients include fund managers and investors in, private equity, venture capital, hedge, real estate, infrastructure, credit and bonds, as well as acquisitive corporates. Staffed with more than 100 experienced professionals from the fields of law, regulation, fiduciary, reporting, marketing and operations, the Group provides a state of the art, flexible and robust platform for asset management. The business operates out of offices in London, Jersey, Guernsey, Zurich and Paris and has 4 operating divisions:

• Law - one of the top 5 law firms focusing on multiple asset classes within the Alternatives sector. Alternative Business Structure Limited company.
• Operation / Regulatory Platform - a full scope Fund Management platform.
• Fiduciary – Guernsey based fiduciary arm.
• Investor Relations – London based consultancy.
 Responsibilities
• Administration of multiple bank accounts
• Processing payments – arranging payment runs
• Cash postings into accountancy system
• Processing and analysing timesheets
• Processing and analysing expenses
• Producing reports for senior managers
• Any other ad hoc reporting/roles
Key Attributes
• Hard-working and able to work well under pressure
• Graduate or A-Level qualified (A-C grade)
• Capable of working to a high degree of accuracy
• Numerate
• Able to learn quickly and adapt
• Able to think logically
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word in particular)
