Our client is a constituent of the FTSE100 looking for a switched-on and ambitious Recruitment Coordinator to join their Central London office. This is a superb opportunity for somebody with previous exposure to recruitment and administration to gain invaluable experience working alongside a hard working and experienced team within a multinational conglomerate. The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, strong computer system skills and will have an understanding of confidentiality and discretion.
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Researching candidate using LinkedIn as well as the company database.
- Liaising with internal external stakeholders via email and telephone.
- Assisting with presentation preparation.
- Ensuring that the company database is updated.
- Setting up new years and being the first point of contact for queries.
- Working closely with the wider HR and Talent team.
- Liaising with senior directors within the group.
- Ensuring that contacts are kept up to date.
- Some coordination of events and meetings, minute taking and data collection.
Core hours: 9am until 5.30pm, with some flexibility required.
Salary: Up to £30K, dependent upon experience.
