INTERIM EA to GROUP CFO of FTSE 100

Start mid March for a handover and cover a 14 month maternity contract with this global plc.  Based at their smart HQ in the West End, this is a busy EA role supporting the Group Chief Financial Officer. You will act as the first of point of contract for the Executive’s interactions and enjoy building good working relationships within the team & group.  Monitor and manage his inbox, prioritise for his attention and respond on his behalf, arrange all business travel, accommodation and itineraries, set up weekly calls to the Finance Team, manage the report process and ensure deadlines are met.  Please note: the core working hours for this position will be 8am-4.30pm.

Proven EA experience gained at board level within a large organisation is essential.   Preference shown to candidates that have previously assisted a Group CFO.  A calm, level headed and professional approach along with a warm and helpful manner. Competent MS Office skills.
