Team Leader/PA

My client are an international investment bank based in a Central City location. They are seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage and develop their support team function whilst also looking after a small team yourself in a PA/Admin capacity.

This role will mainly involve managing a support function of approximately 10-12 people of varying experience and tenure. They are seeking someone who can provide team leadership qualities by setting standards and processes, day to day management of support staff, facilitating regular support team meetings and assisting management in planning new strategies as well as the hiring process.
The administrative support side of the role will involve assisting a similar sized team with their international travel schedules, presentations, expenses and diary management as required.

For this role we are seeking an experienced PA/Team Assistant or Administrator who has people management or Team Leader experience. You will have people managed or lead a team from the front and be a solutions orientated individual who understands the complexities of people management within a larger corporate structure.

The ideal candidate will have come from a corporate banking or financial services firm.
