This corporate receptionist role will see you working for a fast-paced and forward thinking finance company based in the heart of the City. You will be supported by an inspirational management team who are constantly striving to grow and improve the business. This is a growing business and they really place value on the right person stepping into this role and representing their company. We are looking for a welcoming yet professional receptionist who will perfectly match the culture of the business.
You will have an ability to make all guests feel welcome when they call or visit the offices. This i a two person reception desk so you will work alongside one other as the first point of contact for all guests and callers. An ability to build rapport and confidently interact at all levels will be very important as will an eloquent phone manner. There is a steady flow of work here with several meeting rooms on-site, taxis to book, couriers to organise and post to sort.
The ideal candidate will be available to cover the full 6 month contract with a chance of extension. Your exceptional communication skills and phone manner will set you apart from the rest. Previous experience in a similar role will be highly desirable.
