Receptionist required for bustling firm in Central London

Salary up to £26,000!

Key responsibilities are as follows:

To meet and greet clients, members of the public, visitors and couriers in a professional manner.

Handle all telephone enquiries at main switchboard promptly, courteously, and efficiently and re-direct calls appropriately by establishing the nature of the call.

Manage telephone messages from clients and pass to relevant employees.

To book boardrooms and maintain the boardroom diary including liaising with client services when meeting rooms are free. Liaise with facilities when non-standard room layouts are needed, and IT equipment needed for meetings or events.

Make a note of all visitors and courier deliveries e-mail facilities when they arrive.

Ensure reception is locked up of an evening and checklist is followed.

Order and prepare lunches for meetings when required.

Clear and clean rooms at completion of meetings.

Ensure kitchens are stocked up.

Ensure stationery is stocked up in meeting rooms when required.

Report any maintenance issues to facilities.

Ensuring the reception area and meeting room is presentable at all times.
