Highly successful international company with offices in London is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to be responsible for providing temporary secretarial, administrative and diary management support to Senior Director.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Diary and travel management
* Orchestrating meeting arrangements including coordinating visits and conference calls
* Organising and delivering events, external activities and projects
* Liaison with internal management, financial staff, external clients and prospects
* Handling daily mail, file systems
* Assisting with day to day errands, both personal and business related
* Providing support to the other PA's when needed.
Skills and experience required:
* Fluent in English,
* Fluent in Italian OR/and French (written and spoken)
* Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, and prioritisation abilities
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Confident with an outgoing personality and practical approach to problem solving
* Flexible, resilient and able to deal with high pressure environment
* Degree level education or of graduate calibre. Formal secretarial and/or business qualification preferred
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, & PowerPoint)
* Previous experience working in PR, luxury, fashion, creative industries sectors preferred
