PA to the CEO, ECD & Planning Director – Design Agency SE1. April start Mat Cover – 1 year

This role is a maternity cover starting April 2017 so you must be free from the beginning of April for a handover, right through until April 2018

This is a wonderful opportunity for a switched on PA to join this forward thinking market leader in Brand Design. This company works with some of the best brands around, creating the image for some seriously well-known companies.

You will be looking after the CEO, organising her diary and meetings, ensuring she is in the right place at the right time and generally being her eyes and ears! You will also be looking after the Planning Director and ECD in a traditional sense, managing expenses, timesheets and booking meetings and travel.  You will need to be extremely flexible and level headed, whilst maintaining a great sense of humour and positive attitude.

This is an extremely busy role so you must be able to work at pace and be extremely reactive to any situations that might arise. You must be a good all-rounder and have a creative flair as you will be required to put together presentations for pitches so advanced PowerPoint is necessary.

The successful candidate will have a solid CV working as a PA/EA to Senior Management within a Creative organisation. You will fantastic interpersonal and organisation skills, with a pro-active and reactive nature and natural ability to work fast under pressure. Understanding the need to constantly communicate and update with Senior Management, you will be flexible and reliable with first rate skills.
