PA to Entrepreneur

We are looking for a bright, polished Graduate PA for this largely private PA position supporting an incredibly dynamic and successful Entrepreneur.  You will be providing private PA support that will also inevitably encompass PA work in business areas, so you must be quick to learn, be two steps ahead and be able to adapt to situations changing last minute whilst remaining calm and focussed under pressure.  It is essential that you have a good degree and have 5 years PA experience ideally supporting a HNWI within the Digital Business World or CEO within the Commercial or Private Equity arena.  You must be used to a dynamic and fast paced boss and be quick to pick things up and think outside the box to find solutions and run with ideas and projects.  You will be based in the London offices, but must be willing and able to travel when required.  Based within a fast growing company you will have a junior EA working in other areas and to support you to maximise your time effectively.  This is a very young company both in culture and style, the structure is very flat and is not a place for PAs used to hierarchy, everyone mucks in and rolls their sleeves up.  The company is a great employer with fantastic benefits, which is striving to constantly improve on this.  Although standards are incredibly high, you will be part of something fast growing and successful with innovation and cutting edge ideas at it’s core.
