Your new company
A leading and award winning organisation are looking for a Team Leader with strong analytical skills to join their team. This company is a UK leader within their field. This position is for a year's maternity cover and is a 9am-5pm role working 7.5 hours per day.

Your new role
You will be responsible for supervising and working within a small team. You will need to build strong working relationships with both your colleagues and clients whilst liaising closely with your team. You will need to have strong commercial awareness, ideally with experience of working service level agreements.

You will need to provide weekly management reports on productivity of the team, ensuring they are prompt and timely. You will use your analytical skills to understand data and how to improve the management and productivity of the team using database information and excel.

What you'll need to succeed
Supervisory experience of a small team is essential
Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships You will need experience of analysing large quantities of data
Strong Excel skills with reporting experience are essential
Energetic and enthusiastic
The ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
A positive "can do" approach
Organisational management
Call handling experience with a good telephone manner
Experience working to tight deadlines
Meticulous attention to detail
