Sales Coordinator | House Builder

The company
My client is a British housebuilder and general construction company. They are listed on the London Stock Exchange and are a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index. My client has an impressive track record for the number of awards they have won in recent years. Many of these awards are in recognition of the commitment to sustaining and enhancing local communities. 
 
The office
Based in buzzy East London - Stratford which has been a focus of regeneration for some years, and is the location of a number of major projects. It is home to Westfield Shopping centre and The Olympic Park and has fantatic transportation links.  
 
The position
he Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Sales Department in the New Homes Division by carrying out all post-reservation sales administration processes.  
 
Duties:

• Sales/build forecast information, responsible for collating the sales information, inputting into the Sales Management Information Systemand providing input into the Sales Board Meetings.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports for Divisional Management Team.
• Produce monthly Board report spreadsheet and typed report.  
• Assist Head of Sales in monitoring management information reports from independent financial advisers.  
• Provide secretarial assistance to Sales Management Team producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing as well as general administration for the Sales Department.
• Update SBMS as required with post-sale information
• Communicate with relevant third parties
• Produce and maintain plot files, distribute copies to other departments and contractors.  
• Liaise daily with Legal Department regarding exchanges and completions; and provide statements, recording details of the same to assist the Accounts Department.  

The person I am looking for someone who has previous experience of working as a Sales Coordinator/ Administrator within the house building industry.
