EA - Investment Start up

An opportunity has arisen to join a health related investment firm! They are a fairly new company but back substantially by large and closely associated firms.  This is a new PA support with variety role and the ideal candidate will have the experience and persona to develop and establish themselves within this organisation and make a success of the role. You will be supporting the senior team who are all extremely hard working and have high aspirations for the business. This is an exciting time to join this small, start up company that will grow!

Duties will include full PA support to the team – one is quite self-sufficient and the others will need slightly more support with diary management and organisation. You will coordinate  meetings with investors and clients, arrange international travel on a weekly basis, and provide assistance with research, projects, some bookkeeping  related tasks (prior experience not necessary), answering calls, events, records/board papers etc. and IT queries. It really is a varied all-round role and the scope is there to develop and get involved more with the business, whether this be marketing, business development or another area of your choice! The role will be high level, demanding, and changeable - you must have ambition and a desire to exceed your Directors' expectations - having the desire to develop yourself professionally is an essential element to this role.

You will be incredibly proactive and will use your initiative to pre-empt tasks and provide research before being asked. Strong MS office skills are required and any exposure to office management would be an advantage.  Most importantly, you will have high-level PA support and will be very client-facing. You will be a keen problem solver and will remain composed when dealing with senior clients.

Salary is between £35-42,000 dependent on experience.
