A leading creative branding agency are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Customer Services junior to join their lively team in London.
Your duties will include looking after the consumer contact via phone, email and post, responding to all enquiries in an engaging and personal way to reflect the voice of the brand. You will help to manage rewards for competitions, and assist the marketing team with campaign send-outs to bloggers and brand partners. You will also play a vital role within the office, by welcoming guests in a friendly manner, and assisting on monthly consumer reports.
The ideal candidate will be a highly switched on graduate, with a warm and friendly manner, and impeccable communication skills. You will be willing to muck in and work as part of the upbeat creative team. You should have a great sense of humour, and commit to your work with energy and enthusiasm.
