Corporate Receptionist.  Our client based in the West End is currently looking for a slick, professional, corporate receptionist to come in and cover for 12 months maternity leave.

You will work alongside one other receptionist and cover the shift 7.30am - 4.30pm - Monday - Friday.  

Your duties will include:

The overall management of the reception area and duties around. This includes answering the phones, handling where appropriate and transferring or taking messages in a professional telephone manner.  Meeting and greeting clients ini a welcoming manner and ensuring the EA is informed of their arrival.  Offering beverages and making them feel comfortable.   Ensuring that all meeting rooms and front of house area are neat and tidy at all times. Mange the outlook calendar daily.  Order taxis where required. Handle incoming and outgoing mail daily. Handing couriers. Manage vendor relationships for kitchen supplies, taxis, couriers, flowers. Ad-hoc duties as and when requested. 

You will be a career receptionist with at least three years corporate experience from a financial organisation or top law firm.  You will have excellent communciation skills at all levels along with exceptional telephone manner.  Highly organised and very neat and tidy.  Impecable presentation at all times. Good level of MS Offices skills.  Flexible and proactive approach.  High attention to detail.  Punctual and reliable at all times.  Confidentiality is essential at all times.
