Commercial Property – Mayfair – Executive Assistant - £40-45k pa.

This is a super opportunity for a bright, forward thinking individual to join our client, an upmarket real estate consultants based in Mayfair.  Support the CEO and 3 co-head this role requires a professional and experienced EA who can manage the 4 diaries and build the administration team.  This organisation has recently been acquired by a Nasdaq listed US corporate therefore has been provided with a large investment enabling growth and the expansion of the London office therefore this role would suit an individual who is keen to become a key member of the start up of the London function.

This would mean building a strong administration team and introducing office processes and structure, this experience would be required for the ideal candidate.

Experience of Salesforce is required for this role.

Paying a generous salary of £40-45k pa with a super benefits package.
