eDisclosure Project Manager at top US Law Firm: to £90,000

A prestigious US Law Firm is looking to hire a new eDisclosure Project Manager to join the London office on a permanent basis responsible for managing and overseeing daily operations of the firms international eDiscovery needs.  Responsibilities include overseeing the day to day operation of the firms international eDiscovery needs, including working with other eDiscovery staff to provide ongoing technical guidance to assigned staff, ensuring that best practices are followed, serve as a key department contact to firm management and internal and external clients, consult with users regarding the use of databases to automate litigation and support their trial needs, manage the formulation and documentation of case-specific databases and scanning coding, oversee the work of assigned eDiscovery personnel on analysing and quantifying data, administering database security.  Other duties will  include drafting eDiscovery plans and RFPs, prepare eDiscovery case budgets and timelines, monitor department and employee productivity, develop and implement procedures to optimise effectiveness, interest with vendors selected to perform work on case, bill time appropriately, conduct end user training and support as necessary, serve as a mentor to assigned staff’s time and attendance, participate in available professional development activities, monitor publications and other sources of information.  Candidates must be degree educated and have a minimum of five years litigation and eDiscovery experience within a professional services environment, preferably a law firm, in addition to two years in a coordination role.  Standard hours are 10.00am – 6.00pm and stunning offices are based in the City.
