9am to 5pm: Residential Property PA at Essex Law Firm – to £25,000.

Our Essex based client is looking to recruit a new Legal PA to provide effective and professional support on a one to one basis for a Residential Property Associate. Standard duties will include dealing with enquiries in accordance with the New Enquiries Procedure and ensuring all new enquiries are passed to a fee earner immediately, opening files fully in TFB and opening physical files in compliance with the Lexcel Manual, collating letters/enclosures received from DictateNow, dealing with routine client and other calls providing updates on factual matters relating to their case, preparing draft Contract and Transfer documents, preparing draft Financial Statements on excel, preparing Stamp Duty forms online, preparing AP1 and submitting registration online and any ad-hoc tasks that may arise. Applicants must have previous legal PA experience within a Residential Property, Commercial Property or Real Estate department. The role is based on the District Line with the standard hours of 9:00AM – 5:00PM.
