Do you have 6-12 months Real Estate experience as a Paralegal or have you completed a vacation scheme at a top City firm within Real Estate?
Have you completed your LPC with Real Estate electives?

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Para legal to join this mid-sized City firm. If you can use your initiative, remain calm and think
on your feet ,then this position could be the next step in your career.
You will be responsible for dealing with land registry searches, title deed investigations and working as part of a fun and friendly team of
experienced paralegals and qualified lawyers.
Ideally you will have at least one year's experience as a property/real estate Paralegal, and extensive experience dealing with Land Registry
searches and MapSearch. This would suit a bright paralegal with a willingness to learn and a desire to gain valuable experience.
