PA / Team Assistant – Engineering Team within a very well regarded social media platform

11-month contract

£15 - £21 per hour

Have you ever wanted to work for the biggest social media platform in the world? Do you have a minimum of 4 years’ experience supporting at board level + a large team? Are you confident, organised, efficient? Do you have experience organising events for 100-200 people? If so, this is the role for you!!

Duties with include but not limited to:

  • Calendar support for 3 board level managers
  • Diary management
  • Travel
  • Events for up to 200 members of staff within the Engineering team
  • New hires – Administration
  • Answering phone / first point of contact
  • Off-site events for full team – 200
