Secretarial Coordinator required for City Law Practice!!
Excellent working environment - Salary £45,000 - £47,500

Proactively support the Secretarial Services Manager in the delivery of professional and efficient practice support services to fee earners and clients.
Work closely and collaboratively with the secretarial Services Manager to manage a range of in-house and outsourced administrative services to ensure these services are streamlined and seamless in their service delivery.
Line management responsibility for Secretaries.
Responsible for the performance management and quality of output of your direct team.
Develop strong relationships and work with all support personnel and fee earners to ensure the successful management and administration of practice area.
Take an active interest in the workload and requirements of each area across the business and provide flexible services to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Take an active part in providing Secretarial cover for absences and peaks of activity.
Act as department coach to develop their teams to the highest standards.
Proactively contribute to the firms' success by actively seeking to improve working processes, anticipate needs of clients and colleagues and take action accordingly.

* Be organised and efficient - able to prioritise and manage own workload and work without supervision.
