Investment Management firm based in stunning West End offices, require a Team Secretary to join their busy team on a temporary basis for up to 2-3 months.

Based in an extremely fast paced area of the business and working directly with the Company Secretary, this role will be providing varied and busy support. A truly desired company to work with, in return for your hard work you will be offered a dynamic, challenging and supportive team environment.

Day to day duties will include:

• Preparing reports, correspondence and mail merges
• Audio typing
• Recording minutes for board meetings
• Preparing Powerpoint presentations
• Maintaining filing system
• Answering phones and taking detailed messages

You will have strong Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills and will be confident picking up new internal systems. Similar experience with demonstrable organisational and time management skills is desired as well as being an effective communicator (both written and oral) and being able to act on your own initiative.

Starting ASAP this is a temporary position offering an hourly rate of £16.00-17.00. You must be able to start immediately.
