Resource Coordinator - 6 month FTC - £30-32k

An exciting opportunity for a Resource Coordinator to join a leading global professional services company based in the City.

You will be required to work as part of the Resource Management team to match resource supply with demand and to drive optimum utilisation across the business.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with client service staff to understand client / project resource needs and to communicate resource availability
• Identify resourcing solutions taking into consideration the needs of the client, individual skills, etc.
• Maintain accurate records
• Manage conflicting demands on resources
• Analyse weekly chargeable hours figures
• Analyse business forecasting
• Analyse headcount forecasting data including promotions, leavers, joiners etc.
• Attend resource coordinator meetings
• Coordination of new joiners and leavers, holidays and timesheets

Candidates for this role will be organised with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Must be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and be able to deal with people on all levels.

An operational, HR or resourcing/recruitment background is desirable.
