We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Meeting Room co-ordinator to join a hugely dynamic and exciting advertising agency. This is a great opportunity for a hands on and proactive individual to join a creative and iconic agency in their facilities team as soon as possible!
Key Responsibilities:
- Check all meetings rooms as soon as you arrive in the morning making sure they are clean and tidy. These rooms must be checked throughout the day
- Ensure the meeting room bookings in the calendar have all the relevant information from staff.
- Check the calendar throughout the day to look out for any meeting changes
- Set up meeting rooms with refreshments and catering as and when require
- Clear and tidy meeting rooms once the meetings have finished
- Ensure all meeting rooms are in pristine condition at all times and report any maintenance issues
- Order breakfasts and lunches when required and deliver to the relevant meeting at time specified
- Admin tasks, end of each month giving finance a cost analysis for each meeting
- Kitchens are to be kept stocked up with consumables and equipment
- Provide support to department as and when required
- Oversee any ad hoc requirements
- Must be flexible in hours as and when needed
