Office Assistant
Graduate with at least 18 months’ prior office experience for varied role with lots of scope to become involved in corporate events, HR, Administration and PA duties.
This role would suit a graduate with 12 - 18 months’ prior office experience who is looking to get exposure to the running of a busy office. You will work alongside an experienced PA / Office Manager and will support the team with varied duties including:
- Administrative and PA support (e.g. diaries and expenses)
- Corporate and staff events (to include drinks evenings, ski trip, Christmas and summer parties)
- Office and facilities management - including liaison with suppliers and office refurbishments
- HR and recruitment support across the business - e.g. arranging interviews, liaising with agencies, keeping track of staff holiday requests, payroll preparation and assisting with the recruitment, offer and induction process for all new joiners
You will need to be happy in a corporate office environment and be enthusiastic and professional - the role is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to learn and develop - building upon some existing office / administrative experience. Must be numerate (Maths A-level preferred) with very good MS Office and a 2:1 degree; the right person will be able to develop the role in a number of different areas over time.
