The Company
My client is a Trade Body based in the West End. I am looking for a candidate that has an element of administration experience (one years min work exp will suffice) Candidates that have a BUSINESS Degree,will only be considered. This is due to the nature of the role.
Responsibilities
Communications:
To source academic and industry articles and compile and disseminatCompany'smpanys Research and development quarterly newsletter
To write regular updates and key issues for dissemination to the Group
To work with the Innovation Manager to create a strong communication strategy and plan to promote new technology to the Company's internal audience, members, government, and other stakeholders.
To respond to member and stakeholder enquiries
Data Management, Research and Analysis:
To maintain and develop the Funding, Finance and Support List with regular monitor of funding sources
To maintain andCompany's the Companys reports and documents
To source, analyse and present information in support of key technologies and markets as directed by the Innovation Manager
To develop and maintain files and databases
Member and Stakeholder Management:
To support the co-ordination of relevant member groups, including event logistics, administrative support, member communications and stakeholder management support
To liaise effectively with key research and development contacts, officials and stakeholders as required. In particular to build relationships with key academic institutions for the betterment of research and development activities
Project and Administrative Support:
To undertake such activities in support of project initiatives as required for their delivery and as directed by the Innovation Manager
To support all aspects of the planniCompany'selivery of the Companys research and development programme.
To support the work and projects across the department and Company as required
The Person
University graduate with a degree in a technology, policy or marketing related subject with experience or demonstrable interest in technology, R&D and/or policies.
Experienced in conducting research, analysis and compiling accurate reports
Highly motivated, eager to learn and able to work as a team player and in isolation
Able to show evidence of working to deadlines and deliverables
Capable of building and managing effective 1-2-1 relationships with an interest in developing their stakeholder management, presentation and public speaking skills
