Team PA

A dynamic global real estate consultancy is looking for a Team PA to join a busy and vibrant team .

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team PA to support 2-3 Directors with ad-hoc support to their team and be part of an exciting and forward thinking company.

Must have previous PA experience within the property/real estate industry.

Duties will include:

Supporting 2-3 Directors with all day inbox and meeting management

Ad-hoc support for team of 10 Consultants  - Expense management Support to team with travel booking, meetings, expenses and ad-hoc projects

Producing high level presentations and excel reports

Producing global travel itineraries

Collating information and formatting reports

Assist with marketing collateral and publications

Arranging events internally and externally

Client liaison and relationship building

They require : Experience of both PA and team support. Flexible approach and ability to multi-task. Professional services experience, ideally property/real estate. Must have strong IT skills and a copy typing speed of at least 55 wpm.

Paying £28-32K + excellent benefits.
