Recruitment Manager

Join an international award winning media ad tech company based in Central London as the Recruitment Manager.

This new role has been created to underpin the continued growth of the company through their recruitment activities. The Recruitment Manager will display a genuine passion for the recruitment/HR profession and possess the drive to make a difference in the growing business.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Supporting/drafting of job advertisements
• Assist with advertising vacancies leveraging all available sources, including company website, job boards and CV sites
• Work closely with MDs globally across the business (some travel may be involved)
• Champion the applicant tracking system, to fully exploit its capabilities and streamline the end to end recruitment process
• Work closely with the HR team to draft all employment contracts and offer letters

What are we looking for?

• Someone who enjoys working in a young and buzzy environment
• Ideally educated to university level with a strong academic record
• Must have experience in a similar support role (2-3 years)
• An individual who is strategically minded
